Exchange / Return Policy If you change your mind about a color, picked the wrong size, or its just not for you, items purchased at the Web Store may be returned within 21 days of the invoice date. Please fill out the Exchange/Return form, enclose it, and the item(s) you are returning, prepaid to: Globitron FanClub P.O. Box 3215  Ventura, CA 93006-3215 Your account will be credited, within 7 business days of receipt. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. The Exchange/Return form must be included with your exchange or return, in order for credit to be applied. If the item you are returning is damaged, please follow the above. Damaged items being returned will have shipping & handling charges credited to your account.
